Everyday i appreciate the simplicity and beauty of nature-cobwebs on my vines
I also need to snack 3 times a day - sultanas,seeds,home dried pears and apples,rice crackers and fruit rolls
Breakfast - Gluten free spaghetti on home made bread/toast
Lunch - Home made pea and ham soup.My own home grown pork
Tea - Steak,potatoes,home grown chard,beans and carrots,gluten free gravy and mushrooms

I use this gluten/lactose free plain flour a lot in my cooking
I make my own bread gluten/lactose free.I bake twice a week and can freeze the bread.It is also free of preservatives

Lunch - Bubble & squeek. Fried left over vegies from tea the previous night
Tea - Rissoles with gluten free rice crumbs,chips,carrot and cheese,free range egg,home grown garden salad

Is cold and wet outside,so i think i will curl up in a chair by the fire and just day dream today

Lunch - Home made bread with tuna,ornamental lettuce,tomato and soy mayonnaise
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with cheese and parsley,pan fried cherry tomatoes with cracked pepper

To heal oneself wholisticall from gluten/lactose intolerance one needs to look at cosmetics and toiletries as well.My conditioner and shampoo had wheat protein,my moisturiser has wheat products.Wo whilst trying to heal myself internally i was still poisoning myself through external absorption
